Palestinians say they will defy Israeli order in prisoner payments dispute

Reuters|
Palestinian leaders on Friday vowed to defy a new IDF order which they fear could lead to the confiscation of money destined for prisoners, their relatives and the families of those killed in unrest.
Israel has long sought to end the payments, colloquially called "pay for slay", made by the Palestinian Authority to around 11,000 individuals and families.
