Blue & White Chairman Benny Gantz informed MK Alon Schuster from his party that he will serve as agriculture minister in the new government, set to be sworn in on Thursday evening.
Schuster served as head of the Sha'ar Negev Regional Council, which borders the Gaza Strip, for over 16 years.
