According to the Health Ministry, on Thursday the number of Israelis who have died from COVID-19 has reached 265.
Since the coronavirus pandemic broke out 16,579 have been infected by the virus.
there are currently 3,793 people who are confirmed with coronavirus while 179 of them are being treated in hospital.
of the 60 people who are described to be in serious condition, 50 are on ventilators.
Israel conducted only 8,156 tests for the virus since Wednesday.
