Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Friday said the statement by Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei that Israel is a cancerous tumor that must be removed, brings into view the cope of challenges Israel is facing.
"As someone who is very familiar with the Iranian issue, I suggest no one try to put us to the test," Gantz said, "Our enemies arrogance are a reflection of their weakness and we will know how to be prepared in the face of their threats."
Khamenei spoke on Iranian television to mark Iran's Jerusalem Day.
