Supreme Court rejects motion to intervene in government's refusal to release remains of slain terrorist

The Supreme Court refused to intervene in the decision by Israeli authorities to reject requests to release the body of a terrorist who murdered Yotam Ovadia, in the West Bank settlement of Adam, two years ago.
The family of Mohammed Dar Youssef later retracted their motion requesting the release of their relative's remains after they had learned that the matter would be included in a future deal with the Hamas terror group.
