Hezbollah chief Hassan Nassrallah sais his organization can instigate aggression just like Israel.
In a speech marking 20 years to the Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon the terror organization leader claimed Israel was aware than any attack on its northern neighbor would be responded to by Hezbollah, "this is part of the rules of conflict between the resistance and Israel," he said.
