Knesset begins legislation of bill to enable ministers to resign from parliament and allow others down the list to join

The Knesset on Wednesday began legislation of a bill dubbed the "Norwegian Law" that would enable ministers to resign as MKs and allow new members of their party to take their place.
The bill passed its preliminary vote and will no be transferred to a committee for final wording before its final vote.
