Gov't declares several Arab communities as 'restriced areas' due to virus spread

|
In light of the increasing number of coronavirus infections, the government on Thursday designated several neighborhoods in Arab communities as "restricted coronavirus areas."
Among the restricted areas are neighborhoods 13 and 24 in Rahat and neighborhood 2 in Arara BaNegev.
Additionally, schools will be shuttered and gatherings will be limited to up to 10 people in several neighborhoods in the Tel Aviv subdistrict of Jaffa.
The decision will take effect at 8am Friday through Wednesday.
