Deputy Education Minister and member of the United Torah Judaism party Meir Porus said Wednesday that the closure on the ultra-Orthodox city of Elad and other concentrations of Haredi populations is unfair targeting of that sector of the population.
"There are plenty of areas that see a rise in cases but are not locked down," Porush said.
