Top White House advisor Kellyanne Conway says that U.S. President Donald Trump is about to make a "big announcement" regarding Israel's plans to apply sovereignty to parts of West Bank.
Apparently referring to deliberations on whether the U.S. should support the move, Conway said "conversations" had been held and said she was "very happy" that the matter had been discussed.
