Jaffa residents protest Muslim cemetery plan

Some 400 Muslim worshipers gather in Jaffa to protest a decision by Tel Aviv Municipality plan to build a homeless shelter on the site of the Al-Isaaf Muslim Cemetery.
Jaffa Muslim Council Chairman Tariq Ashkar told Ynet at the opening of the protest that, "The city's approval for construction has expired. The Muslim sentiment and the cemetery space cannot be ignored."
