From the beginning of the week until Friday evening, 2,135 new coronavirus patients have been diagnosed throughout Israel, almost twice the number diagnosed throughout the entirety of May. This is according to data published by the Health Ministry.
There are currently 5,614 active coronavirus patients in Israel, of which 1,175 have been diagnosed since Wednesday morning. 46 of them are in critical condition, 48 in moderate condition. And 28 require respiratory aid via a ventilator.
