National airline's labor dispute ground entire fleet

El Al, Israel's national airline has grounded all 45 planes following the refusal of pilots to staff passenger and cargo flights.
The company has added 500 of its employees to the thousands already on unpaid leave until the end of July, including 100 pilots.
