More than 1,000 people gathered in Rabin Square in Tel Aviv on Saturday night to protest the government's handling of the economic crisis brought on by the coronavirus pandemic, and its treatment of the self-employed.
The protesters called on the government to implement an economic plan to rehabilitate the workforce and the self-employed, who have been severely affected by the months-long crisis.
