Knesset taps 2 coalition MKs for judicial appointments committee

The Knesset elected on Wednesday Likud MK Osnat Mark and Derech Eretz MK Zvi Hauser to the judicial appointments panel.
The coalition lawmakers beat out former justice minister Ayelet Shaked of the opposition’s Yamina, who had sought a seat on the committee.
The lawmakers were chosen by a secret ballot.
