Health Ministry No.2 Prof. Itamar Grotto said on Wednesday that the ministry will soon approve a new outline for renewed air traffic where arrival from "green" countries - nations with low coronavirus morbidity - will not need to be tested ahead of arrival to Israel or enter quarantine.
