The Health Ministry Thursday evening reported 1,055 new coronavirus diagnosis, bringing the national caseload to 79,275.
Also reported were seven additional virus-related deaths, putting Israel's death toll from the pathogen at 576.
Out of the current 25,285 patients battling the virus, 358 are in serious condition, with 100 connected to ventilators.
