Israel sees 1,753 new coronavirus cases, 11 more deaths

The Health Ministry said Saturday evening that over the past 24 hours 11 more coronavirus patients died of complications, bringing the total death toll to 592.
The ministry said that on Friday 1,753 people tested positive for COVID-19.
At least 389 patients are now in a serious condition, of which 106 are ventilated.
