Netanyahu tells Gantz to forget budget deadline, pass one-year plan instead

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has responded to Defense Minister Benny Gantz’s demand that a proposal to delay the budget deadline by 100 days be passed within 24 hours, saying the motion should be dismissed.
“We don’t need 24 hours or even minutes, we have a one-year budget ready to go,” he said a Likud faction meeting.
