Hamas called Israel's decision to halt fuel shipments over incendiary balloon attacks an "ill-considered move, for which Israel will bear the consequences."
"It's an aggressive policy aimed at aggravating the crisis in which our people find themselves in, requires a change in parameters and a way to break the equation. We will not leave the situation as is," he said.
