Civilian security guards operating at the Qalandiya crossing shot a man walking in a vehicle-only area after he failed to respond to the guard's calls. The suspect was shot in his lower body and his injuries were reported to be mild-moderate.
The 60-year-old man was evacuated to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem, where he was diagnosed with a hearing and speech impairment.
