Israel sees 1,044 new coronavirus cases amid drop in testing

The Health Ministry reported that on Sunday 1,044 people tested positive for coronavirus amid another drop in tests.
The ministry said Monday morning that a day earlier only 11,964 tests had been conducted, resulting in a relatively low number of new cases.
The number of patients in a serious condition has gone up to 398, of whom 113 are ventilated. The death toll has increased to 690.
