Israel sees 1,064 new coronavirus cases, death toll rises to 705

The Health Ministry on Tuesday evening said 1,064 people were confirmed to have contracted COVID-19 since midnight.
Currently, there are 23,417 active patients in Israel, of whom 404 are in serious condition, and 117 require respirator aid.
The number dead has also risen and now stands at 705.
