El Al Airlines announced in a report to the stock exchange that it has decided not to resume its scheduled passenger flights until September 30 at the least. The company said in a statement that the decision was made "in light of the continued restrictions and obligation of quarantine applicable to all passengers entering Israel (excluding passengers hailing from a limited number of countries) and the ban on foreigners entering Israel."
