Israel sees 1,637 new coronavirus cases as death toll up to 789

The Health Ministry said 1,637 new coronavirus cases were reported on Wednesday, bringing the total number of confirmed diagnoses since the start of the outbreak to 98,550.
The ministry said the number of patients who have succumbed to the disease now stands at 789.
The number of patients in a serious condition has increased to 403, of whom 110 are ventilated.
