During a discussion with top Hamas official in the Gaza Strip on Thursday, the Qatari Envoy to the Palestinian enclave, Mohammad al-Emadi, conveyed Israel's demands to the heads of the organization.
Among Israel's demands is the cessation of all hostile actions in the area adjacent to the Strip in exchange for the reopening of Gaza's fishing area and the renewal of fuel imports.
