Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Saturday established a team meant to form an outline, which would allow Jewish pilgrims to travel from Israel to the Ukrainian city of Uman on Rosh Hashanah.
Ukraine earlier this week banned all foreigners from entering the country over the spike in coronavirus cases.
