Convicted murderer Amiram Ben-Uliel says he will appeal his three life sentences for killing three members of a Palestinian family when he firebombed their home as they slept in 2015.
"He asserts his innocence and contends the confession was extracted through torture," said Ben-Uliel's attorney, Itzak Bam.
