The Health Ministry Tuesday evening reported 3,189 new coronavirus diagnoses since midnight, raising the national caseload to 164,402.
Also reported were eight additional virus-related fatalities, putting the death toll at 1,147.
Out of the 42,528 currently battling the virus, 534 are in serious condition, with 138 connected to ventilators.
