Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh met with the leader of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Ziyad al-Nakhalah in Lebanon's capital of Beirut on Tuesday. The meeting between the two took place at the same time as the rocket fire from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, and the signing of the normalization agreement between Israel, Bahrain and the UAE in Washington.
