Israel sees increasing number of seriously ill, 170 on ventilators

The Health Ministry on Sunday evening reported 643 people in serious condition with 170 on ventilators.
Despite a low number of tests conducted due to the Holiday weekend, 3,790 new cases of coronavirus had been confirmed.
The death toll from COVID-19 has risen to 1,296 since the start of the pandemic with 11 deaths reported since midnight.
