Finance Minister Israel Katz is preparing a plan to preserve and open private sector during the closure period.
According to reports, "the plan will be presented to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and will be discussed on Tuesday or Wednesday by the coronavirus cabinet."
Katz told Netanyahu that, "enforcement should be increased in places where there are blatant violations and not close vital businesses that adhere to the rules."
