Shoham Council Chairman Eitan Pettigrew announced on Wednesday he we'll close down the city's synagogues starting Saturday until further notice. "In Shoham we are not waiting for the government to make a decision and are closing the synagogues," said the council in a statement. Prayers will be allowed in open space in accordance with the guidelines.
