Coronavirus czar Prof. Ronni Gamzu said the decision to impose the closure was not recommended by him. During a tour of Jerusalem, Gamzu said that "it is clear that the more you shutter, the more you stop the contagion. The economic cost is huge, but it is the government's authority to make such a decision... If they decided to tighten the closure, then fine. We'll go with it."
