MDA: 2,360 Israelis required medical aid during Yom Kippur

Magen David Adom emergency services said Monday that during Yom Kippur MDA teams provided medical care to 2,360 people, of whom 1,818 were evacuated for treatment in hospitals.
At least 305 people fainted, dehydrated or felt generally unwell due to the fast, an increase of 15% compared to the same figure last year.
Some 129 people were injured and needed medical aid due to incidents involves bicycles, skateboards and scooters, a 50% decrease compared to last year.
