Health Ministry reports 3,112 new coronavirus cases

The Health Ministry reported Tuesday evening that 3,112 new coronavirus cases were diagnosed since midnight, putting Israel's caseload at 296,215.
The ministry also reported that 824 patients are currently are serious condition, with 230 connected to ventilators. The number of virus related deaths has also risen and is now 2,040.
