Health Minister Yuli Edelstein warned during the meeting of the government's coronavirus Cabinet that if the exit of the closure is not handled carefully "we will find ourselves signing the approval of a third quarantine."
Edelstein added, "there is no doubt that even after the closure ends we will have to continue with imposing a lockdown in red cities. We will live in the shadow of the coronavirus for many months to come."
