Katz demands reopening of street shops, salons from November 1

Finance Minister Israel Katz on Sunday demanded the street shops, hair salons and other services be reopened starting November 1.
Sources in the Finance Ministry said that talks are being held with the Health Ministry in aneffort to approve the demand
"The Health Ministry must approve the immediate return of first and second-graders to schools, in accordance with the rules set for the opening of the school year in September."
