Finance Ministry: reopen commerce under restrictions

Moran Azulay|
During a Coronavirus Cabinet meeting, Finance Ministry representatives proposed an outline for the reopening of commerce, including small businesses, street shops, barbershops and beauty parlors.
According to the proposed outline, it will be possible to receive the public for one-on-one closed treatments. It will be possible to accommodate up to five people indoors - more than seven square meters per person - and up to 20 people outdoors.
The outline led to confrontations between health and finance ministry officials.
