Yaron Druckman|
The Health Ministry does not have an efficient coronavirus contact tracing apparatus, a report by the State Comptroller said Monday.
The report by Matanyahu Englman focuses on the period of July-August.
Though efforts have been made last month to aid the system by the IDF, the system still will not become fully operational until November.
