Ynet|
Deputy Health Minister Yoav Kisch said during a Ynet interview on Tuesday, that the allowing after-school programs to open was a compromise on the ministry's part
"We made a compromise here," said Kisch. "There is an epidemiological harm here, but the Health Ministry was told that without after-school programs there is no point in opening the first and second grades. This is a constraint imposed on us by the authorities and the Education Ministry."
