Health Ministry, Treasury officials fail to reach agreement on reopening shops

Adir Yanko|
A meeting between representatives of the Finance and Health ministries over the reopening of stores ends without agreement.
The Finance Ministry is demanding that stores be allowed to resume operations in the next phase of easing lockdown measures, which will go into effect on Sunday.
Representatives of the Health Ministry, however, oppose such a move and want stores to only reopen in the next phase, which will take place at least two weeks later.
