Netanyahu to ministers: Reopening of shops only at 500 new daily virus cases

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suggested to ministers Thursday that shops will only be reopened once Israel drops to 500 new coronavirus cases daily.
This proposal is in complete contrast to the Finance Ministry's position that stores will reopen Sunday.
