Israel records 863 new coronavirus cases with 2.3% test positivity rate

The Health Ministry on Tuesday said 863 people have been confirmed with COVID-19 in the past day.
The positivity rate after 34,128 tests conducted stands on 3.2%.
There are currently 9,769 people battling the virus, 382 in serious condition being treated in hospitals and 164 of them on ventilators.
