Britain summoned the ambassador of Belarus to the foreign office on Tuesday, a spokesman for Prime Minister Boris Johnson said, after the country decided to expel two British diplomats.British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab said on Monday the decision by Belarus to declare the diplomats persona non grata was "wholly unjustified".
