The Health Ministry reported Saturday evening 763 new cases of coronavirus out of 43,649 tests conducted, putting the national infection rate at 1.8%.
There are currently 552 coronavirus patients hospitalized, 313 of them are in serious condition and 121 are on ventilators,
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 2,754 Israelis have died of the disease.
