The Health Ministry Wednesday evening reported the 745 new coronavirus cases have been diagnosed since midnight until 7 pm.
During the day, 36,266 tests were conducted, of which 2.1% were found to be positive.
Israel's death rate since the start of the pandemic stands at 2,829 .
Out of the 9,427 patients currently battling the disease, 276 are in serious condition, with 121 connected to ventilators.
