Culture Minister Hilli Tropper on Sunday presented his ministry's outline for the reopening of cultural events.
According to the plan set to the presented to the Health Ministry, cultural events will only take place in cities with low coronavirus morbidity.
Ticket buyers will have to present a negative coronavirus test conducted at least 72 hours prior to the event's start and fill a form stating they have not been in contact with a confirmed carrier.
Venues will be allowed to only be 66% full, with no more than 500 people at a time and that social distancing is kept between groups.
