The predominately Arab alliance, the Joint List, announced on Wednesday that it would be voting in favor of the bill do dissolve the Knesset in its preliminary reading.
In a statement the party said Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has incited against the Arab population of Israel more than any other prime minister and had legislated the Nation State bill that discriminates against Arab citizens of the country.
Netanyahu has been courting the leader of the Southern Faction of the Islamic movement, a member of the Joint List who has sided with the prime minister in recent parliamentary moves.
