The head of the Knesset's coronavirus Committee, Likud MK Yifat Shasha-Biton, slammed on Tuesday the governemnt's decision to impose a night curfew starting December 15.
"It is quite clear that imposing a night curfew across the country is a scandal. [The pandemic] should be treated in a focused manner," said Shasha-Biton during a Ynet interview.
In response, the chairman of the Likud faction, Miki Zohar, attacked Shasha-Biton's statement: "Her positions are incorrect and serve to harm the public's health. She has no place in the Likud, we can part ways as friends. "
